About the event
Did you always want to learn how to make your own jams and jellies but just didn't have a chance? Come spend the day learning how to prepare the fruit, cook the jam, prepare the jars, and can the fresh jam. Using locally sourced strawberries, you'll have some delicious jam to take to share (or not)!
We'll review some of the tried-and-true recipes, necessary equipment, and basic safety precautions that you can use at home to make whichever jams and jellies you like.
Seating will be very limited since this is such a hands-on workshop. Cost is $65 and covers all supplies and materials.
